Lawrence Railey, Timothy Velzy and Ryan Start, henceforth referred to as "The DJ Bay" are not repsonsible for any bodily harm or physical damage incurred as a result of provided DJ Services and Equipment Rental Services. This includes, but is not limited to, guests injuring themselves while dancing or enjoying the music. The DJ Bay keeps all equipment in good repair and provides a safe DJ environment for guests to enjoy themselves, however The DJ Bay is not responsible for damages or bodily harm that occurs due to the venue location or guests partaking in alcoholic beverages at the event location.
The DJ Bay believes in full customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, a customer is unsatisfied with the performance or equipment, please contact The DJ Bay within 7 business days after the event. Beyond this point, refunds will not be provided. Up to that point, each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of The DJ Bay.
Payment is due on the day of the event, prior to setting up equipment. The DJ Bay accepts Checks, Money Orders, Cash and can process Credit Card transactions through PayPal (a third party credit card processing service). Method of payment is be stated at least 3 business days before the event.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
